Delivery Information
We aim to make the delivery process for your GiftingPaperie order as simple and reliable as possible. Once your order is placed, our team works promptly to prepare it for dispatch from our studio.
Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been prepared and leaves our studio, you will receive a second email containing your shipping confirmation and, where available, tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options to suit your needs. The specific methods available, along with estimated delivery timeframes, will be clearly displayed and calculated for you during the checkout process based on your delivery location. Please note that these are estimated delivery times provided by carriers and are not guaranteed, as delays can occasionally occur.
UK Mainland Delivery
We provide standard and express delivery services across the UK mainland. The estimated delivery windows and associated costs for these options will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Delivery to Remote Areas & Highlands
Deliveries to certain remote postcodes, offshore islands, and the Scottish Highlands may take slightly longer than our standard estimates. Any applicable surcharges for these areas will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Delivery
We are currently reviewing and updating our international shipping destinations and policies. Please check during the checkout process to see if delivery is currently available to your country. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient, in accordance with the destination country’s regulations.
Tracking Your Order
For most services, you will be able to track the progress of your delivery. Your shipping confirmation email will contain the relevant tracking link or information for your specific carrier.
Failed Deliveries & Instructions
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is complete and accurate. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or absence, the carrier will usually leave a card with instructions. We are not liable for parcels that are lost, stolen, or returned due to incorrect address details. Please follow the instructions on the carrier’s card to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel.
Missing or Damaged Parcels
While issues are rare, we understand the concern if your order does not arrive or arrives damaged. If you have not received your order within a reasonable period after the expected delivery date, or if the parcel appears damaged upon arrival, please contact us promptly. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue for you.
